|
Isolated torsion of the fallopian tube is a rare cause for acute low abdominal pain in females, especially in premenarcheal girls. It is difficult to diagnose and should be considered in all adolescents with acute pelvic pain. Early diagnosis and surgical management is necessary to preserve fertility. Here, we report two cases of isolated torsion of fallopian tube in premenarcheal girls.
